This villa is sculpted as a monolith of concrete broken by voids defined by warm wood elements. The underground court, double height volumes at two levels, decks and floating balconies, and light wells are arranged in a hierarchy to enhance visual and physical connectivity across horizontal spaces and between vertical levels. The exterior flows into the interior with hues of red oxide and stone, exposed concrete and white plaster. Plants are used across different levels connecting the front lawn to the rooftop garden.
